Cooking Instructions:

Chuck is best when slow-cooked to unlock its full richness.

1.Prep: Bring the roast to room temperature. Season generously with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs (thyme, rosemary, garlic powder).

2.Sear: In a heavy Dutch oven or large pot, sear the roast on all sides until golden brown.
